Уважаеми приятели, изпратете поща на Президента Клинтън, в която го призовете да каже в България, че лицензирането на Интернет операторите И Интернет услугите е "нецивилизационен избор" (както би казал колегата му Стоянов) и е насочено против правата на човека и против неприкосновеността на кореспонденцията. Пишете му каквото и да е, но да е срещу лицензурата.

As you may know, for 10 months now the Bulgarian government has been trying to introduce licensing for the Internet services and the Internet Service Providers. Such a ban to use the Net exists only in countries like Iran, Iraq, Russia, China, Singapore, Cuba, Burma...

While I am confident that during the meetings in Bulgaria will be much more important topics on your agenda, please use this opportunity to remind the Bulgarian President Stoyanov, the Bulgarian prime minister Kostov and the Bulgarian chair of the Parliament that such a decision is a step backwards from democracy.

It is a freedom issue.
